How to prepare

  • In a bowl, put flour and salt. Mix the two ingredients until they are combined
  • Gradually add water and stir until combined
  • Scrub the mixture with your hands for 3 minutes until you get a cohesive dough.
  • Divide the dough into equal-sized balls and place them on a large floured tray
  • Add a little flour on the face of the balls and press the latter with your hands until you get the shape of circles.
  • Cover the tray with cling film and leave it for 10 minutes until the dough rests
  • Roll out one of the dough circles on a floured surface with a rolling pin.
  • Heat a frying pan on medium heat. Add the dough circle and cook for a minute on each side. When it’s done, put it on a plate.
  • Repeat the previous two steps until the quantity runs out
  • Serve the bread hot on your trip
