10 home recipes to tighten sagging breasts in less than a month

Every woman wants to have perfect breasts throughout her life. Unfortunately, this is not possible in most cases. Breast sagging is a natural process that occurs with age as the chest loses its softness and elasticity. Although sagging breasts usually occur after a woman reaches the age of forty, it can occur at any time. Aside from age, other factors that cause sagging breasts include breastfeeding, pregnancy, menopause, rapid weight loss or weight gain, strenuous exercise, nutritional deficiencies and improper wearing of a bra. Some diseases such as breast cancer or respiratory diseases such as tuberculosis can cause sagging breasts. Also, excessive consumption of nicotine, alcohol and soft drinks can contribute to this problem.

Method:

Make a paste of pomegranate peel and some hot mustard oil and use it to massage the breasts in a circular motion for 5 to 10 minutes a day before going to bed.

Pomegranate seed oil can also be used to massage the breasts 2 or 3 times daily.
